1. The campground rules apply to designated sites for tents, RVs, and cabins within the ATC grounds. They are binding for all guests staying here. Any person who violates the campground rules may be expelled from the premises without compensation.

2. a) Only persons who check in at the reception desk upon arrival and present a valid ID may stay at the campground.

b) After checking in and completing the guest registration form, each guest will receive returnable chips to open the gate, access the restrooms, and use the kitchen, as well as an ATC entry permit (issued by the reception desk), which must be visibly displayed on the dashboard of the motor vehicle, caravan, or window for continuous monitoring. A fee according to the price list applies if a chip is lost.

3. a) Unless the length of stay has been agreed upon otherwise, accommodation is available from 2:00 PM. Guests are required to vacate the cabin or bungalow no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Tents and RVs must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

b) Guests may extend their stay depending on campground availability. If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled date or cancels their stay during the stay, the cancellation policy applies.

4. The receptionist assigns cabins, camping sites, or RV parking spaces to guests in accordance with their reservation or agreement.

5. Fires may only be lit in areas designated and properly marked by the campground operator.

6. Upon check-in, guests are advised to inspect their accommodations for proper equipment and condition. Any discrepancies must be reported to the reception desk immediately.

7. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the campground operator’s property in accordance with generally applicable regulations. In the event of damage, the guest shall cover the costs necessary to restore the property to its original condition.

8. Guests staying at the campground are required to maintain cleanliness and order. Tents and RVs may only be set up in the areas designated for that purpose.

9. Guests have the right to use all facilities of the accommodation unit and campground services.

10. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the campground operator’s property in accordance with generally applicable regulations.

11. Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During cultural and social events, quiet hours may be adjusted upon agreement with the campground operator.

12. Driving motor vehicles or bicycles is permitted only for arrival and departure, and only on designated roads. The maximum speed limit throughout the campground is 20 km/h.

13. The campground operator is not liable for items left unattended.

14. Upon final departure from the campsite, the visitor must report to the reception desk to return the chips, permits, and cabin keys.

15. The campsite manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with the operating rules.

16. Fire extinguishers are available at the reception building.

All payments (deposits, final payments) can be made online by credit card via our payment gateway, by bank transfer, or in cash or by credit card at the front desk.


RESERVATION TERMS FOR ACCOMMODATION IN COTTAGES AND OUR TENTS

  1. Accommodation can be reserved via our website, our partners’ websites, by phone, or by email.
  2. After making a reservation, the customer is sent an invoice for a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay. The invoice is due 3 days after issuance. The reservation is only confirmed once the amount has been credited to the operator’s account. If the amount is not credited to the operator’s account by the invoice due date, the reservation will be canceled. Please note that bank transfers from abroad may take several business days.
  3. Reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are payable immediately online by credit card in the amount of the total cost of the stay.
  4. Payment for all types of stays (including school groups) must be made no later than the day of check-in.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. The customer has the right to cancel a standard reservation no later than 30 days prior to the booked date, exclusively in writing. A one-time cancellation fee of 300 CZK applies to each reservation.
  2. If the customer is entitled to a refund, the refund will be processed based on an issued credit note and the corresponding accounting document. The payment itself will be made no later than 30 days after their issuance.
  3. If the stay is canceled less than 30 days in advance, the deposit and any additional payment are forfeited to the operator, and the right to a refund thereby expires.
  4. After payment of the reservation (even in the case of special promotional prices), the customer is not entitled to a refund for the stay, even if the stay is canceled during its duration.
